Description: The Korean Cultural Centre will be hosting K-Gastronomy in conjunction with Sheraton Hotel Ottawa and special celebrity guest Chef Hansong Kim.

The Sheraton will be continuing it’s highly successful Embassy Gastronomy Festival which has brought together guest Chefs from around the world to work in their kitchen and present mouth-watering authentic delicacies from their home                                country. The Sheraton has already hosted Embassies and guest Chefs from Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, and Turkey, and are now very excited to host Chef Kim from Korea.

                    Chef Hansong Kim is currently operating Restaurant Consulting Bistro Yori, LLC in New York. He has had the opportunity to host several TV Shows and Commercial Films in South Korea. Chef Kim received ‘Best Celebrity Chef book in Korea                       2012’ from Paris Cook Book Competition and he has won 20 culinary competitions in Korea.
