< 오타와 한인도서관 4주년 및 광복절 기념 문화콘텐츠 공모전 >
광복 78주년을 기념하기 위한 문화콘텐츠 공모전을 8월 14일까지 진행합니다. 공모전 대상자는 캐나다 수도권 지역에 거주하는 한인교민이며 (연령 제한 없음), 올해 주제는 [ 광복절의 의미와 독립유공자들의 숭고한 독립정신을 통한 조국의 평화와 번영 ]입니다.
이번 공모전의 표현의 방식은 그림, 영상, 음악, 웹툰 또는 글 (한/영)으로 가능하며 다양한 문화콘텐츠로 ott.korean@gmail.com으로 공모전 마감일 (8월14일) 까지 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.
오타와 한인회에서는 총 $1000 상당의 상금을 콘텐트 부분별 심사성적에 따라 순서대로 선발하여 광복절 78주년 기념식때 우승자분들에게 시상을 할 예정입니다.

✱글짓기 또는 독후감: (한/영) 150자-500자 내외
✱웹툰: 4컷 이상의 단편
✱창작 영상/노래(합창)/공연(연주) 등: 2-5분 내외
✱디지털 사진: 가로/세로 제한 없음 (300dpi 이상 해상도)
✱그림/포스터 (canvas size): 8” x10”, 9” x12”, 11” x 14”
모든 작품은 jpg, pdf, mp4 등의 다양한 파일 형태로 ott.korean@gmail.com으로 제출이 가능하시며, 아날로그 콘텐츠 (canvas, 조형물 등)은 오타와 한인도서관으로 제출 가능합니다.

The following email is to provide information in regards to the upcoming Commemoration of the 78th National Liberation Day (Gwangbokjeol) of Korea, and the Fourth Anniversary of Ottawa Korean Library with Cultural Content Contest.
< Commemoration of the 78th National Liberation Day (Gwangbokjeol) of Korea >
The 78th Anniversary of Liberation Day event, organized by the Ottawa Korean Community, will take place on August 15, 2023 (Tuesday) from 11 AM to 12 PM Eastern Standard Time.
The Liberation Day commemoration will be held at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, with Ambassador Lim Woongsoon in attendance. Following the ceremony, a luncheon will be provided. We ask for your interest and participation in this meaningful event.

To celebrate the 78th anniversary of Liberation Day, a cultural content competition will be held until August 14. The competition is open to Korean residents in the Greater Ottawa Area (no age restrictions), and this year's theme is "Peace and Prosperity of the Homeland Through the Meaning of Liberation Day and the Noble Spirit of Independence Patriots."
Participants can express themselves through various mediums such as art, video, music, webtoons, or written pieces (in Korean or English). Please submit your entries to ott.korean@gmail.com by the competition deadline (August 14).
The Ottawa Korean Community will award a total of $1000 in prizes to winners based on the evaluation of each content category. The awards will be presented during the 78th Anniversary of Liberation Day event.
Please see the following details for specific content guidelines:
- Creative Writing: English and Korean, 150-500 words max
- Webtoon: minimum of 4 cuts, short webtoon
- Creative Video/song/performance and etc: 2-5 min max
- Digital photo: vertical/horizontal no restriction (can be more than 300 dpi)
- Picture/Poster: canvas size (8x10, 9x12, 11x14”)
All digital contents that are jpg, pdf, mp4 can be sent to ott.korean@gmail.com, and non-digital contents can be submitted to Ottawa Korean Library (please contact us prior to your visit for submission).
