Job Description: SmartInside AI is looking for passionate B2B business development career individuals who possess a relentless drive for international growth and innovation to join us as our Overseas Branch Manager. The successful candidate will manage and operate SmartInside AI Canada’s business operations and projects to drive expansion strategies, establish a strong market presence, and foster key partnerships. This pivotal role requires dynamic leadership, strategic acumen, and a commitment to driving the company's global footprint in the ever-evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.
As the Overseas Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our international expansion efforts. Your primary focus will be establishing and managing an overseas branch (Canada), driving business development initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for business operation tasks as overseas branch Manager
• Develop and execute operation strategies for expansion into the North America Safety Technology market, overseeing the establishment of overseas branches.
• Lead and manage SmartInside AI Canada operations to achieve business objectives and maintain high operational standards.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and clients abroad.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements to adapt strategies effectively.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters to align international operations with the overall company vision.
• Creating marketing materials and business presentation materials such as pitch deck
• Conduct market analysis and create strategic business plans for the North American market
Qualification Requirement: The successful candidate will bring the following skill sets to the position to assume the responsibility of Overseas Branch Manager:
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across cultural boundaries, fostering collaboration and achieving collective goals.
• Strategic Vision: Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of devising and executing successful international expansion strategies in the technology sector.
• Business Development Expertise: Extensive experience in business development career is an asset, ability to establish partnerships with potential clients and network, and drive revenue growth in the North American market. Candidates with International Business Development work experiences are highly regarded and will be considered advantageous.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, negotiate partnerships, and represent the company's interests on a global scale.
• Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to varying market landscapes, innovate in response to industry changes, and leverage emerging opportunities in AI and technology.
• Cross-Cultural Competence: Cultural sensitivity and a global mindset to navigate diverse markets, build relationships, and understand local business customs. Candidates who have experience with Korean business development work experience and knowledge of Korean culture will be considered as favored candidates.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must. Successful candidates with other language proficiency will be considered advantageous, and those with Korean proficiency are highly regarded and recommended.
• Team Player: The successful candidate with a team player mindset excels in collaborative environments, actively contributing expertise while valuing diverse perspectives.
